Welcome to my website! I am a Professionally qualified counsellor and clinical supervisor with a small private practice in Weston-super-Mare. I work with young people and adults both face to face and online. I have previously managed a charity counselling service, been a counselling tutor for over 17 years, supervised and provided counselling for organisations across North Somerset, and offered training around grief and loss to staff in the care sector during Covid-19. This experience has been both enriching and challenging, it has taught me how amazing people are when given the right environment and support.
Counselling
Counselling can be an enlightening journey for anyone, whether you are struggling with life, or just need to clarify your existential position with the world.
It is sometimes easier to talk to somebody who is impartial rather than a friend or family member. My aim is to help you to explore difficulties in a safe, understanding and confidential space. Either to deal with a particular crisis or trauma, or help with more general or historic issues, offering both short term solution focused sessions and long term counselling.

Online Counselling
Working online has become pretty much mainstream now as a result of Covid-19. This means you don’t need to live in North Somerset to virtually meet Luna the therapy dog 🙂
